Man Utd are looking to bring Rene Hake to the club as part of their coaching restructure for the new season.

Manchester United fans have been given a taste of what Dutch coach Rene Hake will bring to the club after an explicit rant went viral on social media.

United are working on deals to add both Go Ahead Eagles head coach Hake and former PSV Eindhoven manager Ruud van Nistelrooy to their backroom staff ahead of the new season. The Dutch duo will work alongside manager Erik ten Hag, who is also set to sign a new contract following the club's extensive end-of-season review.

While United supporters won't need any introductions to Van Nistelrooy, Hake is a name who will not be familiar to many of them, with the 52-year-old having only managed in the Netherlands during his career.

After United's interest in the coach emerged, a clip of him during his time in charge of FC Utrecht went viral, in which Heke launches an explicit rant at his players after a match.

"F****** hell," he begins in a clip from the 'FC Utrecht: No Guts No Glory' documentary. "I think you should tell something to the guys instead of sitting with your head down. You f***** up the game with two stupid yellow cards."

Hake then furiously paces around a despondent dressing room before launching another attack on his players for the manner of their performance. "That's one, and second, if I put in an extra defender, f****** s***, don't give away the first zone, then it's three against two in the middle and they get a goal. Unbelievable."

While he might not possess the same power or authority as a part of United's backroom staff next season, Heke is certainly an individual who will let players know exactly what he thinks.
