Paul McCartney is heading out on tour this December - with two dates at Manchester’s Co-op Live.

The Beatles icon is playing just four UK gigs in all on his ‘Got Back’ tour with his December 14 and 15 concerts at the city’s new £365million venue being followed by December 18 and 19 dates at The O2 in London.

“I'm excited to be ending my year and 2024 tour dates in the UK,” said the 81-year-old. “It's always such a special feeling to play shows on our home soil. It's going to be an amazing end to the year. Let's get set to party. I can't wait to see you.”

Fans can expect to here iconic tunes such as ‘Hey Jude’, ‘Live and Let Die’, ‘Band on the Run’ and ‘Let It Be’ among many more. The shows in Manchester will be his first in the city since playing the then MEN Arena back in 2011.

Tickets for the Manchester dates will be available through the Co-op Member pre-sale from 10am on Wednesday, June 19 and on general sale from 10am on Friday, June 21 from outlets including Ticketmaster.
