It is set to be a busy summer at Manchester United, both on and off the pitch.
The Ineos Group are currently conducting their end-of-season review as they contemplate the future of manager Erik ten Hag following a campaign in which they recorded their lowest ever Premier League finish, but won the FA Cup.
A decision on Ten Hag is not imminent and is unlikely to even be made before the end of the week, with opinion still divided on what to do next with the Dutchman.
No matter what happens next, United's manager is set to have less influence on the club's transfer strategy, with the recruitment team aiming to sign players who will be a success no matter who is in the Old Trafford dugout.
