New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bury’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bury’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

United 4 Food, at 1 Murray Road, Bury was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 30.

And Toppolino, at 69 Lord Street, Bury was given a score of two on November 30.

It means that of Bury's 223 takeaways with ratings, 146 (65%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
