Arctic Monkeys have released a new date in Manchester for their UK tour in 2023.

The Sheffield band had already announced a gig were set to play at Old Trafford that’s due to take place on Sunday, June 2, 2023 - however, they will now also be playing there on Monday, June 3, too.

The new date was released off the back of a sold out presale on September 29.

They are embarking on a tour to commemorate the release of their new album, “The Car”, which is scheduled for release on October 21, 2022.

Arctic Monkeys last played in Manchester on September 6, 2018 in Manchester Arena, as part of their Tranquillity Base Hotel & Casino tour, according to setlist.fm.
